CANCELLED——WINTER JAM 2010 – Teens, you want to hear some great music?!?  Then come on out for Winter Jam 2010.  It’s Thursday, March 11th and only costs $10!!  We are meeting at 4pm in the church parking lot to head to the Coliseum to get in line.  See Pastor Brent for more information.

MISSIONS SUNDAY:    Mark your calendars for next Sunday Evening March 14th at 6:00pm, as we will be having a Sunday Evening Service with Missionaries Jeff and Shauna Spence live via Skype from Mongolia.  Stay tuned for further details.

YOUTH EVENT HELP NEEDED: There is a youth event that is happening April 23rd & 24th and we are need of a few adult helpers.  You will receive FREE merchandise and the satisfaction of encouraging the younger generations.  See Pastor Brent for more information.

FREE ESTATE AND WILL PLANNING:  Rev. Tom Murphy our Missionary Church Director of Development will be teaching this Sunday afternoon on Estate and Will Planning.   Pastor Tom will be available for 1 hour appointments beginning at 1:30pm this afternoon for a private consultations.  Families with minor children may work on guardianship, trusts for the care of the children, questions about will preparation, budgeting questions.  These appointments are absolutely free, but are of great value.  There is a sign-up for the time slots on the literature table.

COMMUNION:  Holy Communion will be shared on March 21st during the morning worship service.

BAPTISMAL SERVICE PLANNED:  Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, but have yet to be baptized?  We will be having a baptismal service on Sunday, March 28th for those who have yet to take this important step of obedience.   If you have questions or would like to be baptized, please see Pastor Dennis.
 
LIBRARY NEWS:  This is the last day for our reading contest “Go Bananas For Books”.   Be sure to turn in your reading slips today.    Next Sunday, March 14th, the awards will be presented so be sure to come and see who found more books a-peeling and went totally bananas !!!

Maundy Thursday Service–April 1st at 6:30pm
A Dramatic walk through Jesus’ last evening before His Death.  We will have a light fellowship, footwashing, communion and candle service.   This is a beautiful service!
Good Friday, April 2nd at 1:30pm
The Community Good Friday Service will be at Laud Christian Church
Easter Sunday
We will celebrate our Lords Resurrection together at both 9:30am and 10:30am.
