Free Indeed

It is only natural for people to feel like they are in bondage. If it wasn’t for Jesus, that bondage to sin and death would keep us in the dark through the day we die. But there is good news! Jesus, in His own Words, “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”

Take Courage

Pastor Alan Stover
Matthew 14:22-33
When you find yourself in a STORM, when even hope becomes a blur, Jesus, in His own words, says, “Take courage! It is I. Don’t be afraid.” The 8-percenters, like Peter, help us see possibilities that we can all learn from. When it is all said and done, we need Jesus in our boat.

Ephesians – The Cowboy’s Way

Pastor Alan Stover
Ephesians 1-6
Real cowboys love Jesus! Therefore, the Christian’s Way is the Cowboy’s Way. The book of Ephesians is a good example of this. We need to know when to sit, know when to walk, and know when to take a stand.

I Am the Bread of Life

Pastor Alan Stover
John 6:35
Jesus, in His own Words, tells us the answer to life. We are not spiritually satisfied unless we know Jesus. Deep inside, we are dead without Jesus. Jesus is the bread of life. On Him, God the Father has placed His seal of approval.

To All Who Believe

Pastor Alan Stover

John 3:14-16
If you have every memorized a verse of the Bible, it probably was John 3:16. Jesus, in His own Words summarizes God’s mercy for each of us, God’s plan to save the world, and God’s promise of eternal life. Today, we will look at this verse in context. What did Jesus mean when He compared Himself with what Moses did long ago? What effect has the historical Moses event had on the world? What effect has Jesus’ fulfilment of John 3:16 had on the world? What is your response to all of this?

The Way, The Truth, The Life

Pastor Alan Stover
John 14:6
When we have a long journey ahead of us, many of us just Google our destination, look at our electronic map and get an idea of the roads we will travel to get there. We determine the best route then start our journey. Have you ever considered the best route in your journey of life? If we let the Bible take the place of our GPS, Jesus promises the way to an eternal destination with our Heavenly Father. The best route down the road of life is simply knowing and trusting in Jesus daily, even moment-by-moment. We can walk in faith that He is the way and the truth and the life.  When we abide in Him, we may not know a defined course for our journey, but we can rest in the comfort of faith – that He will lead us exactly where we need to go.
